User Account & Data Deletion Instructions

How to Delete Your Account

If You Can Delete Your Account Manually:

If your account has a self-deletion option:

1. Log in to your Kumaran Naturals account.
2. Navigate to Account Settings > Delete Account.
3. Follow the instructions to confirm account deletion.

If Admin Deletion is Required:

If manual deletion is not available, you may request an account deletion via:

1. Email: Send an email toitek4in@gmail.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” Include your registered email and username.
2. Contact Form: Submit a request via our Contact Us page with the subject “Account Deletion Request.”
3. Customer Support: Call or WhatsApp us at [your contact number] to request account deletion.

Processing Time & Confirmation

• We will process account deletion requests within 7-14 business days.
• A confirmation email will be sent once your account and associated data have been removed.

Exceptions & Retention

Certain data may be retained for legal or operational purposes, including:

• Fraud prevention & dispute resolution information.
